Question: What is the timeline for obtaining the work permit and/or “Talent” work permit authorizations?
Response: Please know that we do our best to approve quickly; however, there is a process that we go through before approval, and it will take approximately 24-48 hours for approval.
Question: What is the process the district must do that takes 24-48 hours to complete?
Response: There are a few factors. Most applications are by walk-in, and due to site/district schedules, we may not be available on the same day or Immediately upon request. Also, the site/district reviews the Attendance, behavior, and grade records of the students; If there are
any questions about any of those, we must consult the counselor for input/guidance, and lastly, obtain approval from the Principal for those cases.
