Student Data & Residency Confirmation

 

 

We are excited to share that based on parent feedback, we are streamlining the Parent Data Confirmation process (usually done in August) by combining it with the Annual Residency Verification (usually done in the Spring).

 

During the Parent Data Confirmation process, families must review and update their student’s emergency contacts, health information, and permissions through the Aeries Parent Portal. Additionally, residency verification is required for all continuing 9th - 11th grade students to ensure that our district resources are being spent correctly on our school communities, and a key step to each student being able to finalize course requests. Please note: students will NOT be able to receive their schedules in August if these steps are not complete.

 

Parent Data Confirmation and Residency Verification in Aeries will open on Monday, March 10, 2025 and remain open through Monday, June 2, 2025.  

Parent Data Confirmation 

To log in to Aeries Parent Portal, visit https://lgsuhsd.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx 

Your username is the email address you have on file with your student's school. If you need to reset your password, you can do this by clicking the "Forgot Password" link. All of your student(s) will be linked to this account. Please be sure to complete Data Confirmation for each student. You can switch between students under "Change Student".

Students new to the system: All parents/Guardians have received an introductory email from Aeries to set up their account.

Residency Verification

While logged into Aeries, you will need to complete this process for EACH STUDENT in your family attending a district school. Below are answers to commonly asked questions:

  • Residency Verification must be completed for each individual student.  Verifying residency for one student in a family does NOT verify for all. 
  • Once you upload your documents, verification is not an automated process. You will receive a confirmation email once the documents have been reviewed.
  • Students currently in grade 12 do NOT need to complete this process.
  • New students to the district, including but not limited to incoming 9th graders, will receive a separate message through ParentSquare with residency verification instructions.
