AB 1575 - Fees

AB 1575, Pupil Fees, restates existing law which prohibits a school from requiring a pupil to pay a fee, deposit or other charge not specifically authorized by law, for participation in an educational activity.  AB 1575 further provides that a complaint regarding pupil fees may be filed with the principal of a school under the Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP).
