- School Climate and Culture Advisory Committee: A district-wide School Climate and Culture Advisory Committee was formed to address the needs related to equity and preventing discrimination/harassment and bullying. The group consists of 20 members of our community, including parents, students, teachers, staff and administrators. The group meets monthly through June of 2021 to examine these issues and identify ways to address them and improve the school climate and culture.
- Student Training Initiatives: During the 2020-21 school year, students have received training regarding sexual harassment and consent, using Safe Schools, an external vendor.
- Student Climate Surveys: Student Surveys were completed in December 2020 and addressed school climate issues. Additional information regarding the survey results will be shared with the Board of Trustees during a regularly scheduled meeting.
