The District is contracting with Educational Management Solutions (EMS) to lead this important work. As part of the study, EMS will host in-person focus groups in December to gather input from staff about their current positions and conduct a feedback survey on the draft job descriptions. Every certificated employee will have the opportunity to provide feedback in this process.
