Facilities Use

When the school day ends, our gyms, fields, theaters and classrooms become gathering places for the whole community. Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District is proud to open its facilities to the public whenever possible, in alignment with student and school needs and district policy.

How to Rent a FacilityAll rentals are booked through Facilitron, where you can check availability, see pricing and submit a request online. Choose a campus to get started.

Booking is easy:
  1. Pick a campus above to see available spaces and dates on Facilitron.
  2. Submit a request with the space, date and details of your event.
  3. Get approved. The district reviews your request and confirms.
