Business & Support Services is committed to serving the district by maintaining fiscal responsibility that reflects a commitment to student learning and a rich variety of programs and services.

Budget Reports & PresentationsDistrict staff make four formal financial reports to the Board of Trustees each fiscal year.

Adopted Budget Report: The proposed annual budget receives a public hearing at a board meeting in May or early June, and the board adopts the budget by June 30 for the fiscal year that begins July 1. 

First Interim Report: This report contains information about actual revenues and expenditures through October 31, and it is presented to the board each December. 

Second Interim Report: This report contains information about actual revenues and expenditures through January 31, and it is presented to the board each March. 

Unaudited Actuals Report: This report provides information about the fiscal year that ended on June 30, and it is presented to the board each September. (This report then forms the basis for the annual report by the district's external auditor; those audit reports can be found in the Audits section of this website.)
