Measure E Bond Oversight Committee
The Measure E Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is enacted by a California law requiring oversight of public school bonds. The CBOC is charged with reviewing the spending of Bond funds and report their findings to the general public. Committee members who represent a variety of interests are appointed by the Board of Education to two-year terms. Meetings are open to the general public. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on this website. The CBOC is required to follow the Brown Act.
The agenda for the next regular or committee meeting will be posted 72 hours before the meeting is scheduled to occur. Agendas for special meetings are posted at least 24 hours in advance.
LGSUHSD Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee ApplicationThe Board of Trustees of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District is seeking qualified, interested individuals to serve on a committee of community leaders that will serve as the Independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (“CBOC”) for the implementation of the District’s Measure E school facilities bond program. This committee plays a vital role in ensuring transparency and accountability in the expenditure of bond funds, directly impacting the improvement of our school facilities.
If you're interested in serving on this important committee for a two-years term, please complete the Application. The committee typically meets two to three times a year, and meetings are scheduled from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. on a weekday.
