The CA Healthy Kids Survey, Santa Clara Module is available for you to see. Ninth and eleventh graders, 2007 – 2008, will take the survey in early to mid-October. Parents have the right to choose for their students to not participate. A letter home to that affect was sent with the Back To School Packet
