The 2008-2011 Los Gatos - Saratoga Union High School District Strategic Plan was developed through a collaborative process, incorporating input from a variety of stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, community members, and students. 

The following Strategic Initiatives provide a focus for our work and are woven into site and district planning:

1. Make learning more engaging, relevant and effective with options for students.   
2. Provide a stimulating working and learning environment for students and staff.  
3. Increase “Student Connectedness.”
