The Los Gatos-Saratoga High School District is committed to offering comprehensive, high quality health benefits to qualified staff. The District provides health benefit coverage for employees and their families at the Blue Cross HMO Composite level of expense, plus Dental and Vision coverage. Below is the health benefit premium costs for the 2012 calendar year. Please note the employee share is based on full-time employment. (Certificated staff working less than 0.8 FTE and classified staff working less than 0.875 FTE receive pro-rated premium coverage.)
